We are simply in LOVE with our new kitchen. Simms Construction completely renovated our kitchen in two months, and finished in time for us to host Christmas. The new kitchen footprint included new island location, addition of 5-foot picture window, and removal of a wall to bridge the dining room and kitchen into an open floor plan. We were guided every step of the way through each design decision (tile, light fixtures, electrical, appliances, flooring, cabinet hardware, stone, plumbing). Steve helped with cost savings by securing for us stock cabinets and customizing them to our space. Excellent carpentry and craftsmanship on crown moldings and baseboards. Guests are very impressed.
